At Hashaya, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our Return & Refund Policy makes it easy to request a return or refund.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It must be returned with original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-returnable items:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds are not issued in cash
- Approved refunds will be processed via:
- Bank transfer, or
- Mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa / JazzCash)
Customers must provide:
- Full name
- Bank account details or mobile wallet number
Refunds for COD orders are processed within 2–5 business days after approval.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days
For prepaid orders:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item delivered

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Use a trackable courier service for safety
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Order number
- Clear product images
We will resolve your issue quickly at no extra cost.
